You can take the New Jersey Transit Train from Penn Station.

For those who are planning to make an overnight if it:

• Complimentary Train Station Shuttle
• Shuttle to the Secaucus Train Station is upon availablity only. The shuttle is for guests of the hotel only. Shuttle Service is not provided if attending a meeting or conference.

There is also a bus station within walking distance. I'll get the exact specifics of that and post back.

it's really easy/close from the lincoln tunnel (Secaucus is about 5 minutes from the tunnel w/ no traffic).

lincoln tunnel puts you onto 495 West when you come out on the jersey side.
Take the Route 3 exit and you are in Secaucus
