Possibly the best Movie of the year.Peter Jackson did a great job with this film and the story line is fantastic.A must see.

I felt that it didn't live up to the hype, not to mention it doesn't have a real ending but is just a setup for the next film, District 10.

Are you guys kidding?This movie had me rooting for the Aliens.I bet this would happen in real life had aliens actually landed here.Humans would capture them and try to reverse engineer their tech.No wonder they come to visit and don't stay.:irked:The Movie had a great story unlike Transformers where something is getting blown up...oh yeah..you like that stuff:lol:

What are you talking about Nelson, all the stuff is somewhat happening now and yes, if Michael Bay directs T3 I am done with Transformers. There is only so much of Optimus Prime eyeball closeups I can take.

whats cool about this film is that America is not the place that it happens. If it happen in America, it would be another independence day movie.

I thought this movie ROCKED. The slower, non-action parts were not boring at all, rather they built up the emotional tensions for the lead characters. And yes, the ending did set up the next movie-unlike the big-name franchises(Spiderman? X-men? Dark Knight? G.I.JOE?) that just spit out silly sequels and threequels. My wife liked it so much that after the movie ended, she actually came with me to check out some frags and bought some for the tank!!! ANY movie that does that is a good one, in my book.
