A total of 2 saturday's..[ about 14-16 ] hours. I could have built in one saturday, ready for stain but ran out of material the beers slowed me down a little...lol

It's called a Kreg Jig. That site also has the Kreg Jig Master System as well. It's the best tool out there for 'pocket screw joinery'.

If you have the DIY skills, you can also learn how to do 'Biscuit Joinery'. This is a fantastic way to make completely hidden joints. If used in conjunction with the Kreg Jig and wood glue, this joint would hold together incredibly well.
