Pigeon as food? Um... wow. I'll try lots of stuff (I've eaten gator, frogs, deer, etc), but pigeon? Not sure about that one. But hey, at least you're killing them as food, which is a lot better than just knocking 'em off as waste, which is what I thought originally.

nice filghts with caps. i had some serbian high flyers and a few homers. i was mostly in to breeding rare colors in homers you can get info from here http://www.angelfire.com/ga/huntleyloft/Page1.html . i also get a daily email from the pigeon digest.

tipplers are my favorite they fly longer the flights but i love the way the flights turn.

when i move into a house i plan on taking it back up again with about 300 to 400 birds because anything less than 100 just dont cut it. I will just need a flat roof or a big garage.

Thats how you make money for feed.....The ones i have will not be sold , the strain is very hard to get. People would pay $$$$$ money for them but id rather eat them then sell off a grate breed that some one else will win races with
