Here's a little project we've been working on. Hope you all enjoy the pics. Approx. size is ~240g (8'x4'x1')

Acrylic should be cell cast. We would recommend Polycast or Plexi Glas G.

The sheets were cut by an acrylic supplier.

No, we did not use resin in the corner. If you are referring to the thicker Weld-On 16, its mainly used for filling in small gaps.

One dedicated system for SPS and one system for LPS.

Great job guys. What did you do to that poor square

It was used to make sure the sides were glued together properly. If you didn't cut the corner off, the Weld-On would glue the "square to the tank.

I would recommend that you use at least 3/8" acrylic with 2-3" euro bracing.

Just an update. The second 8x4 frag tank is finished and waiting for saltwater.

We will be posting up pictures of the glass sump build as soon as they are ready.
