Hard to say unless you've tried them all which I doubt anyone has. Salifert is known for making affordable and reliable kits. I've know many who have used the seachem kits with good reults too.

Salifert and Seachem are generally considered to be the most reliable.

i use salifert, i think its very easy to use and not that expensive
i try seachem and lamotte,but get back to salifert..

I think Salifret is the easiest to use.

Used API's Master Reef test and Seachem CA test, both are equally good, and gave me the same results.

I use Salifert but Lamotte is the most accurate.
