Johnny, I'll gladly come over and help set-up your tank. Admittedly, plumbing is not my specialty, but I'm sure we'll get a few other local members to volunteer (for  & :eat: of course). I'm available tonight and probably Sunday.

When a new tank is for sale as a Reef Ready... Is that mean it comes with the overflow box and I don't need to worry about my home get flutted?

I have a used 125g tank and I used to keep discus in it. Would it be very complicated to turn it into a RR tank?

Reef-ready means the tank is drilled. They do not come with an overflow box. Drilled tanks can still flood your home.

no check valves they suck.
did the tank come with bulkheads?
you will need two, one for the drain, and one for the return.
the size depends on the size hole drilled.
the plumbing for the return depends on the return pump.

heres a basic pic of the plumbing.im assuming that you have the overflow kit from AGA....the sump you bought isisnt one of the better ones(actually the best ones are homemade IMO)....you have 2 drains in the wet/dry and your overflow only has 1 ...also you can definetly have a bigger sump under the cabinet with space for a skimmer and a fuge.....the sump you have now will work but definetly can use more flexibility(room)....
you can use pvc for your plumbing or you can use flex piping....and how many gph is your return pump...
