just wondering if anyone knows what anemones or coral do well if any do well with a coral-life lighting system? Also does someone know what type of anemone will accept a false clown?

that link was helpful thanks. 36 gallon bow front running for five months upgraded from a 10 gallon{running for a year} using the live rock sand and all the inhabitants. filter:fluval 204,protein skimmer:skilter 250,i got a aqua-pump for the current, lighting:right now i'm using the fixture that came with the tank i'm buying a coral-life or a power-glo floresant bulb which is what i had on the 10 gallon im not sure what wattage i need for the 36 .i can't believe i neglected the lighting for so long that could be the reason why the coral-line on my live rock is starting to fade. water parameters:ph-8.2,nitrite-0.00ppm,nitrate10.00ppm,salinity-i.024,got to pick up a alkanity, phospate, and iodine test kits have to get back to you .tempature 76degrees F

I think you have it backwards. It is the clown that has to accept the anemone. By the way, clowns do not need anemones. And if I were you I would keep away from anemones, they are very difficult to keep. I am new to this site so maybe you can get help from here to keep them alive for more than a few months.

my clown was the first fish i ever bought she's been with me for almost two years i know she doesn't need an anemone to live shes just been aggressive lately with her tank mates even literally biting the hand that feeds her. i just thought an anemone would limit her to a section of the tank instead of taking over the whole tank. everyone is telling me to get rid of her or to get rid of one of my other fish and try a smaller clown to see if hat would calm her, the anemone was my idea, the only one that didn't require me to get rid of a fish. as for coral im ready to try some of the hardier ones im on point with water changes an water testing but im in no rush trying to get as much info as can before i decide. Thanks for the info i didn't know the clown had to except the anemone.
