I'm still in the process of getting my water parameters adjusted after two weeks of cycling (ammonia to 0mg, nitrite is now down to .3mg) and I'm wondering if I need to be concerned with upping my aeration/water movement. I'm using an Eclipse 6 tank with the biowheel, but is that enough oxygen moving around? My last water change I put in a little bit less that the suggested water line, so the slight waterfall effect is visibly sending air bubbles deep into my tank, which I'm assuming is a good thing. However, could the same effect be better produced from a bubble wand? Or is that not appropriate for a tank that will eventually hold some frags?
