I'm getting some new fish tomorrow and my QT is all setup for hyposalinity treatment. Should I just acclimate them as normal to the QT water or is there another way to do it seeing as the salinity in the QT will be much lower than their transport water?

According to Terry Bartelme most bony reef fish can handle the drop in salinity very well and can be acclimated directly to the hyposaline conditions although I've never tried this myself.

If you want to try it I would do a slow (maybe one hour) acclimation and keep an eye on the fish for any signs of stress. Also make double sure that your salinity level is accurate (ex. calibrated refractometer or similar).

Salinity is not the only issue when utilizing hypo. You MUST be sure that the pH is well matched! If not, you'll kill the fish very quickly. If you just dump them into hyposaline waters and there's a big difference and leave them there, then you can also kill them, or at least stress them out enough that they're then susceptible to infection, etc.

You can set up your own drip system using some airline tubing and valves and a plastic milk jug with a valve stem siliconed in. Then, just set up your drip to add about 1gal/hour. Or, you can simply add the water by hand, depending on the volume (I'm guessing at a 10gal QT), add about a cup of fresh water at a time, about every 15 minutes or so. Watch the fish, if they start losing equilibrium then you'll know you're going too quickly or have taken it too far down (the refracto is the best way to monitor, assuming it's properly calibrated).

Best of luck!

Yeah, it's fine. It all has the stamps on it. If you want you can sand it off, though.

When I find a fish at my LFS that I want, I will check the SG of the water that it is in at the store. I then setup my QT and mix water to the same SG. When I get the fish home, I check the ph of the water in the bag and in the QT and will float the bag for 20 minutes. I have never had to adjust ph as is has always been very close.

I put the fish in the QT. The LFS's SG is usually 1.021-1.022 so that is the starting point of the QT tank. Over the next 24hrs, I drain about .5 gallon from the 10g QT and replace with ro/di water until it reaches 1.009sg using the refractometer.
