dont give up. its not easy but give it 1 more try.
1st lets figure out if it is hook up right: post a pic of the front of your unit. try to untangle any tube so we can see clearer. then the back of it.
if the hook up is right, then we can see if any parts of it is defective.

thanks reefman
Water Purity Reference: (1.)Tap or well water(300 PPM), (2.)After RO system(about 20 PPM

after reading the website again. i guess this system cant get to 0. my reading is 11 ppm on the output. you think this is good enough?

ill get better pic hopefully by tonight

no, the reason to use a ro/di is to get clean water. however, i wouldn't go crazy if the ppm is 1 or 2. but any higher, is not good n something is wrong.
basically, the tap water goes thru sediment filter then carbon filter then the membrane. the does most of the work n should filter out 90-95% of the ppms.
then it goes to the DI which should filters the rest.

base on your tap readings (ppm) and the info from your ro/di membrane on ebay (removes 98% to 99.99%) u should not be getting 11 ppm unless your tap is 1000ppm n thats before the DI.

cause water wouldnt stop coming out.
i understand that the water has to force itself to the membrane.
in my manual book, people do the same way i did. you think this is the problem?
i dont take it out when im making water, i only took it out when the tds meter reads high

you don't need the valve at the end of the waste line(peach) it shouldn't stop coming out. It should comes out 3-4 times more than the good water line(Blue NO valve needed). all u need to do is turn the Ball Valve Restrictor & Quick Membrane Wash to 90 degree. the pics showing in washing position.

take out the green valve on the waste line when making water. maybe the valve is restricting flow from waste line. this may increase pressure to the membrane. see if the ppm lowers. the hookup seems right. also test the ppm with another tds n see if its accurate. other than that, if ur still reading 11 ppm out, your membrane is not working to its full efficency.

i took out and test it. im still getting 2 ppm. i need someone to test my water, can you?

also i talked to the owner and he said i have to flush out 20-25 gallons. this is new for me so im going to go ahead and try if that works.
