Acans-How much flow?

So,
I just got my first acans.
I have them on the sandbed, slightly embedded to esure they stay wre I placed them.

I think there is to much flow.
I can see a few(maybe 1 or 2) of the polyps actually moving. By moving, I mean the edges of the polyp are alittle wavy.

Is this OK,
I will post pics when they have settled in for a few days.

Sounds like too much flow to me. I like to see my lords expand so low to moderate flow works for me.

They dont seem to get much bigger, but ive only had them 2-3 days. Im gonna move them in 2 days and try different locations.

I seen them yesterday i think they are fine where they are as for flow but i would just move them up higher for better lighting. I believe you have MH right? How many watts?

150w MH, on for about 8 hours a day
