hey all my nake is rich and i just wanted to introduce myself. here are a few pics of the new tank i am starting just the aquascape..

its going to be a reef tank. 80% coral 20% fish.

hardware:
30 gal tank
penguin bioweel filter
current usa protein skimmer
nova extreme lighting 4T5HO 39Watts each bulb w/ lunar lights

stock:
approx 70lbs LR (carribean)
20lbs LS (reef ready)

well my tank is still cycling so I still have another 2weeks for that to finish. Then a small CUC. Then some clowns. After that I will be looking to buy some coral frags. For now just researching different corals and trying to see what I can keep.

i got a question for you guys can a red and puple firefish goby be together in my tank

here is what im thinking:

2 perc clowns
2 firefish goby's (1 red 1 purple)
1 six line wrase
1 blenny (not sure which one yet)

still working on coral. will put up a list tonight with possible corals to see what everyone thinks.

Just a note of caution. Six line wrasses are notorious for being evil. If you are going to keep one, make sure it is the last fish addition.

You should really check out the different varities of wrasse that are out there. There is a wrasse thread out there that will have lots of good pics of many different kinds. I have never kept the six line, but many people say they bully their other fish. Good luck with the tank.
