I have a Finnex 30 gallon.. with no sump...
Here's what I am going plan to do, I would like to get some feedback if this is going work or not...
I have a TLF PhosBan Reactor 150 & Current 1/10 Chiller.. I am planning to have the hose from the tank connect to the phosban Reactor 150 and from the out-take of the phosban reactor to the intake of the chiller, and then from the chiller out-take back to the tank.. Is this going work?

Depends on the flow requirements of the chiller. It may be too high to safely have phosban media in the reactor.

How about the other way around?? Connect tank to the chiller first, then from the chiller to the PhosBan Reactor and then back to the tank. What do you think?

keep in mind that phosban reactors only needs 70-90 gph, anything higher will dissolve it unless you are not using it for phos

I don't think you will be able to do it. The flow through the reactor should be extremely low.

I would go from the tank to the chiller then put in a "T."

One side going directly back to the tank.

The other side going to the phosban reactor then back to the tank. Then you can control the phosban reactor with a valve.

Next Question, What Pump Do You Plan To Use On The Chiller ? And Not For Nothing All You Need Is A Mj 400 For The Reactor. You Could Also As Stated T Off The Return So X Goes Through The Reactor And The Rest Goes On A Outlet Back Into The Tank

I already have the mj400 for the reactor, and I just order the blueline hd40 pump.. But I am going do it separate like everyone told me too..

Why add another pump? By using the MJ you will be using more electricity and putting more heat into the water.

Just add a T after the chiller.
