I would avoid anything with the name Marc Weiss. In the very early days of my system, I tried Coral Vital. It set off a hair algae explosion that took about 2 years to control. Everything in the tank looked like Cousin Itt. It was nearly instantaneous- a clear tank..after no more than a week, 2 at the most, the algae appeared and took over.
