I am trying to close down everything due to a change in personal situation. I HAVE to sell everything listed, so feel free to pm a (reasonable) offer if you don't like the price. I am much more likely to take a low price for pickup.

I have to unload live rock + sand before selling tanks. I am in Trumbull CT. email [email protected] if you don't get a response. If nobody gives me decent offer in 4 days I will start posting stuff on an auction site. If you can't pick it up, we will work out a fair price for shipping - basically, whatever it costs for shipping + packaging. I am willing to take PayPal for anything shipped. Obviously I won't ship the tanks, rock, or sand.

Pictures to follow:

* 125 G AGA dual overflow RR tank, no scratches that I am aware of. $300 obo.

* around 300 lbs live rock, similar amount of sand. $1.50/lb for rock, $1.00/lb for sand (offer pending).

* 30 gallon acrylic drilled tank with overflow, Koralia 850. $75, must pick up.

* 2 metal halide rectangular pendants, each with a mogul MH socket and 2 32-watt PC flourescent. They are of slightly different shapes and sizes, so don't quite make a pair. $125 each. In pretty good shape, though one has some rust.

* 2 metal halide only round pendants, with mogul socket. I lost the acrylic disks, and just used them open at the bottom above the tank. One has bare wires to connect to ballast, one has a connector (see picture later). $20 each.

* 1 DIY acrylic dual-chamber Calcium reactor, with 5lb CO2 canister + gauge/valve + bubble counter + solenoid. Kept my 350 gallon setup at a perfect Ca + KH balance. $125 for the complete set.

* 1 DIY Kalkwasser reactor, basically a stirring rod stirred by an external motor periodically (glass rod moving on glass, so no wear to worry about). comes with timer & float valve, $40.

* 1 IceCap 250 W almost new MH ballast, $80.

* 1 IceCap 175 W MH ballast slightly older, $50

* 1 Icecap 250 W even older ballast, custom-mounted in metal box $50.

* 1 CustomSeaLife 2x65 W flourescent ballast, $20

pictures of tank

pictures of tank. Nothing to see, has had lights off for 6 months but still hooked up to system. Needs to be scrubbed with vinegar once water is out, and it would be like new. Dual overflows, on back of tank.

MH rectangular pendants

first one is in the best shape, but the fan is getting loud. It is just a standard PC cooling fan, so should be easy to replace.

The second one has some rust and skuffs, but works perfectly.

calcium reactor, co2 tank

includes some ARM media in addition to what is in the chamber already. I built this myself after a lot of research, as far as I can tell it is as good as anything you can buy. has a small recirculating pump attached. Not the slickest workmanship, but works very well.

finally, pictures of 30 acrylic tank

anemone, rock, etc. All my remaining fish died during hurricane except for these.

side view of tank with overflow, you can have sqwd and stand if you want. light does not fit, I will sell that separately.

If you don't want anemone, I can return it to LFS.

I could ship at least a good part of the chaeto, how much do you want? It pretty much fills up the whole empty space in the sump - it is a massive amount. I am not sure the best way to ship it - I got my starter patch in a little baggie. It would take about 2000 baggies to ship all this...

We would have to work out a fair price for it - would be very fair.

Though note that somebody just asked me how much for the whole sump - if that goes through, they would get first chance at it. I would love to get rid of the whole thing at once.

Prices dropped

I dropped the prices on everything. Does not include shipping. This is the last drop for everything but the 125g AGA (I can't believe nobody wants a reef-ready, dual overflow tank for this price, but I will keep dropping it until somebody takes it).

After this I will put everything else all on an action site.

I am really not set up to send out small bags of Chaeto - it is so much work for so little return. If you want a $25 gallon size, I could ship it at cost - but I doubt you want that much. I hadn't really wanted to sell the chaeto separately.

You can buy bags of this stuff online for very low prices - that is how I got started. PM me if you don't know where to find it.
