How about the one/two gallon milk container, just cut out a door and leave in the tank for a few day, let it get use to it and put food in there, they will get use to it and will go in and out. Or get a piece acrylic in homedepot andante a rectangle with a door that swings open. Good luck, tang aren't hard to trap at all.

Have you tried catching it with an Acrylic fish trap?
Make sure if you do to leave it there for about a week so it can get used to it
And starve them for a couple of days

Because in your profile you listed that you have. 180g with orange shoulder , purple, 2 sail fin , and yellow belly hippo already. Seems like your packed out. I have 3 tangs and I have pushed the limit.


Needs to go to a good home.
Mike I might have to use the hook.... Trying Gary's trap first.
