They are 3watt
Visually they look great.
Visually all corals look great, healthy, and growing on a 90 gallon cube tank. Including sps on the sandbed.

Each unit has 2 power cords, so you can individually control them.

He's upgrading to fathom for controllability and color combinations.

They are worth his asking price and will grow coral, you must pickup and must not waste his time! (I think)

Correction they are 3w running at 2w. I gather they are not dimmable but just a guess.
