This unit can monitor pH and temperature. The temp probe is included but you will need to buy a pH probe since the one I used is past its life expectancy. The unit can also control pH, ORP, and temperature. I will also throw in a Water Sensor detector that will notify you if there is water present on the floor as well as a Water Level Sensor, that can be used in the sump to notify you if there is a significant change in the water level. The Breakout Box needed for these accessories will also be included. I believe these are about $100 in extras. This unit also has alarms, timers and ton of other features. You have the option to receive text or email alerts and there is an App that can be used on your smartphone to monitor and control everything. I think it is one of the more critical pieces of equipment you can own.
