From the pics of the containers, it appears that these are 5gal buckets of pre-made parts 1&2... There is no mixing to be done.

the product is shipped in 5 gallon buckets but there is only 4 gallons , instructions requires adding one gallon of RO WATER to achieve proper strength that is why I asked if they where opened

I think that it can be purchased either as a prepared 5 gallons or a concentrate that needs water added to it.
