75/90 gallon oak stand NNJ/NYC

i have a 1 year 2 month old oak custom stand and canopy. i am selling because i just bought my first home and i looking to upgrade. the stand is 33" high with 28" of clearence underneath. the canopy is 18" tall with approx 15" from the water surface.

it is in great condition painted white, and calked at the seams on the inside of both the stand and canopy and was stained with read oak minwax and 5 coats of poly. pics below...

THE CANOPY DOES NOT INCLUDE THE RETRO-LIGHTING EQIPUMENT
