Bought this off another MR member and will not be going through with my build any longer. It comes with two brand new 250 watt Phoenix bulbs, Hamilton m80 ballast, 4 T-5 bulbs of which two are new and two need to be replaced. When I bought it, it did not come with all of the screws. At time of purchase there was also an issue with one of the lights firing because of a loose connection. If you are a diyer, provide a new powder coated finish to the fixture, replace the screws, you will have an ironhorse of a fixture at growing corals with timeless beauty and elegance. Asking $400.00 cash and carry. Pickup in Bayside, Queens. Thanks for looking.

:bump: Price dropped to $350. If you are handy with electrical, this is a classic hood that will be hard to find.

Did you try changing the mogul socket? Should fix the problem.

This is a great fixture, with great spread. This fixture will easily cover a tank that is 30" deep. Anyone serious about SPS should not hesitate. It would cost easily $2500 of quality LED fixtures to hang with this one fixture, and still would not be the same uniform coverage. Good luck with the sale, if I had a 4 ft tank I would buy it :)

I haven't had the time to change out the mogul socket which is probably the issue. I'm getting rid of most of my reef tanks so have no more use for this fixture.
