Bought this off another MR member and will not be going through with my build any longer. It comes with two brand new 250 watt Phoenix bulbs, Hamilton m80 ballast, 4 T-5 bulbs of which two are new and two need to be replaced. When I bought it, it did not come with all of the screws. At time of purchase there was also an issue with one of the lights firing because of a loose connection. If you are a diyer, provide a new powder coated finish to the fixture, replace the screws, you will have an ironhorse of a fixture at growing corals with timeless beauty and elegance. Which light ain't firing up t5 or halide
Did you try changing the mogul socket? Should fix the problem.
This is a great fixture, with great spread. This fixture will easily cover a tank that is 30" deep. Anyone serious about SPS should not hesitate. It would cost easily $2500 of quality LED fixtures to hang with this one fixture, and still would not be the same uniform coverage. Good luck with the sale, if I had a 4 ft tank I would buy it
