To be clear this is a brand new tank and overflow. $400 is firm and at that price a steal. I am not looking to just dump it. I bought it new and paid a lot more than that. I am taking a hit at $400 so if you know what a new tank costs you know this is a good deal.

A custom stand is NOT $100. So please if that's what your looking for this deal is not for you.there are a lot of used tanks and stands out there. Let's not waste each other's time.
