Replacement filters can be found here http://www.waterfiltersonline.com/water-general-filters.asp and probably many others. I found this by going to google and typing in watergeneral ro585, I'm sure you could find many other resellers of cartridge refills, I might recommend ebay as being a cheap source.

And to clarify again I actually meant "livestock babysitting" not livestock or babysitting. Like if you've got a large tank and you want to keep my fish and corals for a week or so.
