Looking for Freebie live rock or white sand

Looking for Freebie Live Rock or White Sand. It doesn't matter how small the live rock is you have to offer. I've had my tank for about 4 months and was wondering if anyone can help me get it started. I am located in the bronx but can pick up if your less then 40 minutes out by car. I figure a piece here a piece there will eventually add up. I can also trade for this 55 gallon. Glass in good shape, that pic there is a chip, not a crack in the glass.
