40 Gallon Saltwater Setup

I have a 40 gallon saltwater tank, hood with regular lights, Seaclone 100 protein skimmer, live rocks, live sand and a 8 inch snowflake eel. All for $275. The rocks alone cost me that much. I am also willing to part out. First come first serve. Must Sell. I'm in Edison, New Jersey.
