Don't hold your breath with a special request. I asked for a Queen angel 6 week ago, told it would be easy to get, and never contacted again. He only gets the distributors runts and leftovers. Really, juvi regals angels? They will never eat.

We added you to our list on June 1st. We never told you that a Queen Angel was easy to get. We said we could get one for you when its available to us. As we discussed, there's no reason to call you if we don't have it. You have never been here or bought from us, so how could you possibly determine that we get "leftovers". By the way, our regals are eating. We cant post videos here but for anyone who wants a video, please check our Instagram page or simply request a video from us.

Steve, I'm sure you don't want any of our "leftovers", so I'll remove you from our order list. I hope you have better luck with your search at another store.

A++ Store have all good things to say about Salgado Aquatics. Been to their store many times and purchase many fish. As far as quality top notch fish. Healthy and various sizes. I'm also on the list for Queen Angel it's a hard fish to obtain unless you want to pay $175 and up for one.

Nice store

I was there today. It was a small but nice store. Very clean and both Juan and his wife were very helpful. I bought 4 wrasses at great prices. He has a good selection of particular wrasse species. If you?re looking for the fish he has listed I doubt u will find lower prices. He had two magma wrasses in stock but they were very small so I passed but I would definitely be a buyer at his great prices if he gets bigger in stock. Today I purchased; pintail, sailfin, Red margin, & mystery wrasses. They went into qt tank this evening and hopefully they?re all alive and eating by Sunday. I will report back. But for a first experience I would say this could be one of my go to stores for rare or exotic type fish.

I gotta give a shout out to Salgado Aquatics!!! I had to stop by after seeing an amazing selection of fish via pics. The prices are super cheap, all fishes are accepting frozen food including the tiny/ juveniles (you can stay till they close, just to watch them eat and Juan wouldn?t mind). Another plus, the place is super clean. Also, Juan is his wife are friendly! I found my fish spot!

Where are you going to find $90 female masked swallow tail angels, live aquaria is $199 and even Micheal Stern is $149.
While the shop may be small but they have a variety of wrasses, besides he post photos of his inventory so there are no interpretations.
Juan and his wife are lovely people and definitely not in this to put his kids through college!
