cool, unfamiliar with that one....i did use dr. tims one and only on a fish only at one point with good results

The basement is looking amazing. I'm hoping to have my sump basin in tomorrow for the washer and for doing water changes. Then Sunday I hope to start putting up drywall.

The build looks great. I noticed your sump room is in with the boiler. If possible I would try to separate the two. Running halides, you'll most likely need a chiller. If you put the chiller in the sump room along with the boiler you will have a lot of heat in that room. I had my chiller in my sump room and had to move it into the garage.

Its sucks getting the tank before ur done with all the construction I just look at it everyday ...

Yeah jim its all gonna be in the same room but I have a separate central air unit for the basement its a 1.5 ton a/c unit.it willl have 2 vents for the main area in the basemnet and another for the back room /fish room .plus I have a chiller , vent fan that blows to to outside, and the back room has a window awell .well see im planning on leaving the door open too
