well as you may or may not know, last month i went on vacation and my tank temp reached 95-100 degrees killing almost everything i had. i sold my remaining corals that i managed to revive and decided to start over.

i had about 250lbs of rock in the tank that i reduced to 150lbs and made 2 islands. went from BB to medium sand bed.

here are some pics taken a about a week after i redid the tank (3 weeks ago).

sorry the pics arent too good. couldnt figure out the settings on my dads SLR. didnt know how to turn the flash off.

Jigga,

Mind sharing a pic of what the tank used to look like so we know where you are heading with this one. I personally haven't seen it if there is. I personally enjoy two island aquascaping. I think it adds more dimension to the tank.

I do have to admit though, i was expecting a Chromed out tank.

pic was taken before i got clams.

i had a good amount of coralline on the back glass that died during the crash and just started flaking off. to hide the wires i was thinking about running them along the moldings of the tank so they r less visible.

yep i have a 30g sump. i have my asm g3 in there along with like 20lbs of liverock and return pump.
