Thank you thirty6 for the kind words. As far as making a mess filling the tank, I can't say that hasn't happen to us in the past. I really don't mind, accidents happen but try and explain that to my wife after we just put in a new carpet LOL.

Hi Guys, ok the lights are finished. I did have a change in plans though. I decided to go with 3 ecotech radions G3 pro's. I hooked them up last night and got to playing with them. I have to say these things are awesome!! very fun :big grin: I guess I will have to see how they do with the coral but from the research I have been doing, they seem to be doing pretty well. I love the uv control. I have them hooked up with the reef link for now, but I have the apex WXM module coming tomorrow. I am going to test them both and see which one I will be using on my system.

Hi guys, ok well I decided to use the WXM module. I really liked the reeflink but I just couldn't get it to hook up to my router. I had it working for a short wile but when I disconnected the router to reroute the wire, I could't get it hook back up. I had Ryan from ecotech trying as well and he also couldn't figure it out after trying for 2 hours.
Anyway, the WXM works fine. I also added the ALD module. I tested it out with a wet paper towel and sure enough it sent me a text telling me that there was water detected. I love this Apex!!!

Thanks Guys, I appreciate the kind words. To be honest, I was a little hesitant about buying the radions. But, after reading about the new gen3 pros with UV and the success people have been having with them I decided to give them a shot. They do seem to be pretty cool though :smile:

Hi Guys, Happy New Year!!! I figured I would start the year with a Tank update
I was adding Dr Tim's One and Only to move the cycle along and sure enough it did. I was kind of in a bind. A friend of mine was breaking down his tank and needed some of his stock out. I didn't want to put anything in the tank till the levels were ok, and sure enough Dr Tims did that. Anyway so here are some pics, please excuse the iPhone pics.
