Good start, :). Welcome to MR!

What sort of reeftank are you planning for the future? i.e. SPS tank, mixed, LPS, softies, etc? 180g is a great sized tank, so much potential, :D.

Thanks for the welcome. I have found this site very helpful, especially that it is local to me not like other forum based sites. I am planning on having an all around tank. I am going to add more rock, because i want to experiment with fragging and want to run a frag tank off my main tank for filtration. So that is my plan. But i have to get occupants for my tank. I have a few posts out there for some Zoas for now. And i already made a contact for LR.

Thanks again.

Anyone have any information on Growing Tridacna Clams. I know that it is very difficult but i want to give it a shot.

GO YANKEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to MR. The reefer fever bug has bitten you in the A$$. :thrash:

Before you start fraggin' and clammin' I suggest you take your time and learn from your experiences before jumping into more complexed matters. Im not sure of your experience level but you posted a pic of a bleached/dead sps coral, zoas that are closed up pretty good and clover/button polyps that looks like they are melting.

Give us some info about your set up: How long have you had your tank set up? What do you have set up for filtration? Water movement? Etc...

Search through the forum. You will gain a lot of insight into what is needed to keep a healthy and thriving tank. .

Dont hesitate to ask/post questions/concerns/ideas. We are all here to help each other out. Just make sure to do things the right way or else you will end up spending more money than you needed and kicking yourself in the end for rushing. :chef:

This rock was just placed into the tank, i purchased it with all the corals on it. THey did not open yet. They are starting to open as we speak. And in the tank there is no more bleached corals. They were in their originally, but when i go the rest of the LR i took it out.
