I also cut out the tile grout and installed a leak detector from the Neptune Apex in front of the 500 gallon tank and regrouted the wire under the floor. That’s the first place water pools up if I have a leak

I filled the tank with sand and saltwater and added cycled media from my other tanks

The plumbing for the closed loop looks kinda close to the light fixtures though. Are you planning to "hide" it? What pump do you have driving it? Any need for additional powerheads?
I have a Vectra L2 running the closers loop, as for the pipes I’m not planning on hiding them l don’t really mind look of it. As far as flow it’s good for now I might have to add some more flow as the corals grow in.
