looks good....the top seems to half a little too much rock IMO...

yea...what lighting...what kind of equipment you running....
I agree, too much rock IMO but to each their own. What kind of equipment are you running? Looks great, I like the fish choices and that you've left lots of room for corals to spread out.

Welcome aboard Cookieman! Tank looks great.I personally don't think it's a lot of rock.I think if all the top rock were in smaller pieces it wouldn't look like a lot of rock. Awesome caves. The caves alone makes me want to go home and rearange my rock.Goodluck and post more pics!!

nice tank dude.
Enjoy it, and I would even suggest documenting it every month. Its cool to watch the coraline grow, and corals spread. If you dont take pics, you wont be able to notice the growth(except when its been awhile). I like your rock work, especially the high rocks, keep it up.

Nice tank. At first when i looked at it i really didnt notice too much rocks being on top until it was pointed out. Dont stress over it. The tank looks young and very clean. I would just worry about on how the rock is being secured

At first glance, I also believe there is a little too much rock. To me this just translates to less room for coral. However, there may be some distorted perception due to the curved glass. More importantly though, I would seriously reconsider repositioning your mjmods. They appear to be pointed towards the corners which is basically dissipating most of your flow before it has a chance to stir the main volume of the aquarium. I would try to aim them towards the center of the tank to encourage mass water movement throughout your entire aquarium. Good luck.

i agree with the too much rock opinion. it gives it the fishes no room for fish to swim in n out freely. but everything else looks good. nice tank. who makes it? i have the same but only 92 gal. whats your dimensions?
btw: the suction cups on your maxi mod will fall fall.

thanks for all the comments. i too thought it was to much rock but i like the way it looks. this is a 105gal corner tank which i purchased from 4fishtank.com with the stand, canopy and light. The light I am using is a 24" Aquavim 400 watt MH with 2-t5ho actinics, I also have a 75 gallon refugium in my basement which i'll post pics tom with a Blueline pump, I have a 4 stage RO/DI filter, 1/4Hp eco-system chiller, Tunze 9010 Skimmer and I still have to set-up my triple Aquamedic doser and ReefkeeperII. As far as those maxijets go I agree with the position I just replaced my Hydor Koralias 4 with these so Im still messing with the flow and I too am worried about the suckers what else can I use? The brackets they make for these wont work with this tank. I do keep track of my parameters everytime I test the water I write the down on a chart I made on Excel. As far as my fish go im pretty happy with my selection as well as my 3 yr old daughter she loves the colors. I so far have had good luck with everything I lost 1 clown to my overflow, 1 cleaner shrimp to IDKW, and my first yellow tang which I purchased online. He didn't look so healthy when i received him and pretty much babied it but it juswt wasnt eating right so i just lost it. Other than that everyone is happy i just wish my clowns would host that anenome already. Thanks again for the commentsplease keep the suggestions coming.
