easy marine snow. had him for 3 months. the thing swims alot

I'm don't want to monopolize your tank thread so I'll just say this--- the fact that it moves around a lot means it is hungry and desperately searching for food. They are generally pretty sedentary animals that find their food rich spot and stay put. Marine Snow isn't going to cut it as a food source for any length of time.

The crinoid is most likely starving to death. They should not be "swimming" around. I'm not saying marine snow is bad I'm just saying there is evidence that your crinoid is starving. They certainly can move around but they do so to find food. Constant moving is a sure sign something is wrong.

Has it shed any arms or feathers?

If it is taking mysis that is good. To be sure it is getting a good amount of nutrition I'd also mix cyclopeeze, live phyto and dried phyto into the feeding regimen.

this is true, my observations are same, I had a green one & they seem to like "upstream flow"

tank looks great.
