Started with a 14 gallon Biocube, jumped to a 120 Mixed- have LR and LS with a couple of Colt coral. Had bought a RR tank off another member but cracked it during the move, so here is my second attempt. It's cycling now- hope you like it!

Wife hates it, Kids love it - Mommy's got a headache!

like the rock work but it appears that the base pieces are sitting on top of the sand. sand tend to shift over time. hopefully there are more of the rock structures on solid surface or the pieces are puttied together for a more solid structure. i hate avalanche!!!

Congratz on the upgrade first of all.

I was just thinking the same thing Tom ... after seeing how your rocks were put in ... I couldn't tell how much you hate having an avalanche ...

If it's not sturdy (or if you have any doubt in the structure) ... now would be a great to time fix it before you start to fill the tanks with corals ... sucks having to remove everything later on. It's hard to tell from the picture as well. :)

I think the rock work is pretty sturdy, I pushed the rock to the bottom and then filled sand around the base. My one concern is the second shelf in the middle might have to sure that up - but i will give it a good pounding to be sure before I add anything. I also have the return directly on the rock on the left which is giving it a good test.

thanks for the heads up!

No i didn't break the Elos- thank god
