Well as the title states this weekend was spent redoing the breeder. As some of you know i have been battling some crazy swings and coral loss. I did many tests had other people test and noone could really put a finger on it. So i did ALOT OF RESEARCH on a certain sand type substate and found nothing good ever came from using it. well i did and as you can see i lost more than half of my corals.

i will post pics of the rebuild later tonight

The funny part of the rebirth was when i went to take the clams out and realized they found a flat rock under the sand bed and when i got spit at by the clam when i put him back in.... only thing now is that he didnt like the angle he was on after going back in and moved to the sand bed leaving part of his foot on the rock... guess he will never live on the edge again.... now the other clam is coloring up also cause he kept pushing her into a shaded section hence why her left side is pale.

Well it's been awhile since I posted pics and updates on the tank.
I have switched my salt to the esv sea water and so far pleased with the results. I am only on my 5th water change with it but have noticed my magnesium, calcium and alk all stayin level. Enough of the jibba jabber on with the pics
