No they called it a pink face. I've never seen one so I bought it. I can't seem to find any info on line about it. But it is in the halicores family.

I haven't updated in a while due to the fact that I was having a few issues with my SPS over the summer. I think I have things in check now. I'm getting good growth now and my colors are really coming around. The tank is 11 months old now. Here are a few pics

just a heads up on your new skimmer make sure you keep the purchase receipt in a good place i have the same skimmer it's a great skimming skimmer but the pump is unreliable i replaced the pump twice already in a 2 year span i'm going to #3 now good luck with yours though
