After missing my tank for so long,

Pink is skimmer,
blue is the fuge. I might build one for that spot, but I'd ideally like it to be gravity feed back to the tank.

Purple is an eheim 1262. one's going to be there for return, and somewhere else I'm going to put another for a CL.

Finally had a day off from work.

Ordered the ply for the stand/canopy. $195

Plexi for the sump: $117. I know I could have gotten it cheaper if I bought a whole sheet and cut it down. But I'm being lazy.

Sump will be 24x15x16

Brett, looks good. Nice that they labeled the acrylic by size for you. Makes your job a bit easier.

I didn't build it.

I left the pieces outside, and some of the gnomes came out of the garden and built it for me. They even routed all the edges and sanded them smooth. It's downright sexy.

Nice work B. I would absolutely go with 3/8". Wouldn't even consider 1/4".......always step it up, beef it up, bigger, bulkier, heavier, mo' power, argh, argh, argh! :tongue1:

Mine is all 1/4 because of the baffles.

Plus, I gussetted (is that a real word?) all the joints with weldon 16.

I can't believe my new sump is bigger than my old tank!
