so, would you think a 29g would fit? 30x12x18?

tank list on what im thinking...

15G 24x12x12 - not high enough
20H 24x12x16 - good hight, but i think 24inch is too short still.
20L 30x12x12 - not high enough
29G 30x12x18 - little high, but could work
30L 36x12x16 - would have been perfect, but no good i hear now...
37G 30x12x22 - wayy to high...

im thinking 20H, but dont like the length, and the 29g...well dont know if it would fit?

has anybody with the deepblue 57 taken off the piece that restricts the overflow slits i just took it off and it really quiets down the the overflow

yup i took mines off and turned my inlet to the tank into a second drain.................
So i have two drains now and 1000 gph coming into the tank by way of two externally piped inlets..................................

what everyone using for return pumps i feel like my mag7 is too strong for my tank and proflex model 1 sump because its shooting out micorbubbles even when my skimmers off

I'm using the eheim 1262 pump but also have it tee off to my refug. And have it turn down also..

I used to use a Mag 12 but have switched to a Water Blaster 5000 dialed down with a manifold with SMR1 and dual BRS reactor off it. I also have my chiller inline with the return.

The water blaster is awesome, no more noise and the tank doesn't heat up as much, the Mag was producing a lot of heat.

I had a wrasse that jumped out..but to me I love the clean look of the rimless tank. IMO

I'm looking to get a blue spot jawfish my self. But I have a yellow Coris wrasse don't I not even see till the am feeding
