Hello,
I have some questions. Is the underside of sps vulnerable to being stung? In my case would it be an issue with the torches below ? If the torches branched upwards to the point where the tentacles were touching the bottom of the monti cap would there be warfare?

Absolutely they will sting the monti, if there is any tissue there.
