Are vendor`s allowed to pm a person for business????? I didn`t think so. If I am wrong someone correct me.......

Only if the person asked for pricing or availability. If you receive an unsolicited message, that is SPAM and you should PM a mod with the contents and sender.

Again, the only way we can police this is if someone tells us that it is occurring. They obviously don't send the offers to the moderators.
