WTB 100lbs live/dead sand and chaeto

I'm adding a sump/refugium to my tank since I'm removing the canister filter. Looking to buy about 100lbs of sand. It doesn't matter if it's mixed, dry, live etc. it's going in a sump/refugium. I also need some chaeto. LMK how much
