With the amount of work that Sal has in his store I would imagine that it is best to go there if interested in something. (Besides, it may sell before he even has a chance to edit the photos if they are as nice as usual!)

149.99 for a monti cap seems high but I'm not opposed if it's really nice
besides it's a trip for me I'd like to see before I make the trek

I'll have to agree with Alfred. Besides in most cases photos don't give you a real view of what the coral looks like in the tank. I have traveled up to an hour away to see some LFS and was sometimes disaapointed. I don't think that will be the case at NYA. Especially now that Sal is back. I have met guys there as far away as Boston. Besides you can always visit HOF and R&F which are close by. I would call him, he has always been honest with me and I think his prices on the stuff has always been fair and the quality couldn't be better. Especially the rare and unusual corals.
