I would like to add a few different zoos but the prices have gone through the roof on polyps that are extremely common and extremely hardy. This bubble will pop soon:shhh:
I have hooked up MANY people in the past and have sold all kinds of corals way below market value, and given some away. Calling in a favor here If anyone can hook me up send me a PM

You hit it on the head! 20.00 per polyp and you wonder how they can afford the pricey lighting setup over their tanks. Im with you 1000%! PPL its cool if you have something new and unique but Rasta, Armour of gods, Grannies stinky underpants polyps, etc. selling for nose candy prices???!!!??? Sometimes meeting a seller is like meeting your local crack dealer! If more ppl banded together and said whatever they would be begging you to take it off their hands i.e. GSP, Xenia.
Hey we all want the latest thing but do something better than frag a frag a frag a frag! Hell, Bonsai them by cultivating them on cool rocks, Get them to grow in odd patterns by clipping and light shaping. I can forgive the LFS as they have serious overhead! Rant complete!

Setting up a new tank, so getting rid of a few things for new additions.
I was planning to make this an awesome zoa rock and keep it in my display, but I ended up changing things around. So, I'm offering an awesome mini zoa rock that just needs a little more time to grow in.

Not turning this into a pissing match. I've been in the hobby and remember many of these zoos before they had designer names and ridiculous prices. I've hooked up many people on this site and never asked for anything in return. Now I am asking for a little bit of normalcy.

To answer your question, yes your prices are insane IMO (probably not in today's market though). Please don't take this as a personal attack. Many hobbyists have bought into this zooanthid craze. The truth of the matter is these zoos are common and the easiest things to grow and propagate. Everyone and their mother has rastas. It's hard to justify an $850 price tag no matter how large the frag. I hope you make money selling your zoos. For me, I am just trying to create a beautiful display, and add color. I'm not buying into the craze to resell for a profit.

I have 3 or 4 different very colorful zoo. One is blue with red skirt, bright green w neon green skirt, and a very colorful mixed mini colony.
If you are in my area. You are more than welcome to chop some off for yourself. No charge.
I am not into selling coral. I would rather pay it forward to good reefers.

I just sold 3 pack at 50 a piece on Sunday AND they were worth a lot more 8/9 frags 2/3 polyp each some even more and the peeps goti to pick what they wanted from about 25 different zoas/paly if there better deal on Mr its free considering glue and plugs/ docs cost money if u want take a ride to the bx (I know the toll sucks )on a Sunday in a few weeks when am In a fragging mood I can hook u up

You know it's getting crazy when you can buy frags at your lfs at lower prices than you can from hobbyists. This is an ongoing trend I see amongst all corals.
It's just sad really. It seems like people are more interested in making money than sharing the growout.

By the way, thanks for picking on me. I appritiate it. Secondly, my prices are actually good prices for the amount of polyps your getting. On my first piece your getting 35polyps for $250. Some of these polyps go for $35 per polyp and I'm offering it for less than $7.50 a polyp.

My rasta colony is at $8 a polyp. These go anywhere from $10-15pp.

and my second pack might be a little pricy but it has very cool unique polyps that are hard to find.

To sum up.. I think the prices are crazy also, but I sell my polyps accordingly so I can get new ones. If I sell them at 60-70% below market value, then how am I gona afford new ones?
