I am helping a friend get a tank up and running.

We are picking up his tank tomorrow afternoon in New Jersey and taking it to his place in Upper Manhattan. What stores and/or MR Vendors are best to buy pre-made water? How much per gallon? He needs to buy about 80 gallons worth. (Much faster than mixing it himself) Want to be sure it is made with a good quality salt mix and RO water.

I am also recommending he pick up a box/bucket of Instant Ocean salt mix.

Honestly go buy a RO maker from amazon prime shipping and order salt too, it'll be much cheaper.

If really want 80 gallons of water and in NJ stop by Absolutely Fish in Clifton or Aquatic Obessions in Avenel, but he is going to pay out the a$$

The expensive part are the containers. You can get the water for $1 a gallon. Or buy the Nutriwater for $12 or so per box. Just trying to save a lot of time, he plans to order an RO unit in a couple of weeks. (He is buying the tank, moving it and buying water tomorrow...)

Honestly Home Depot or Loews buckets are like 5 or 6 bucks with a lid and then a dollar a gallon is about 10 to 11 bucks for 5 gallons best thing I ever did was get a ro/di unit from bulk reef
