No it?s not bleached, i saw them at one of my go to LFS , they put it in the display tank .

Yes it definitely looks cool, but this is what happens when corals lose their Zooxanthellae. Very common in red goniopora or even bubble tip anemone.

That torch & hammer coral under good conditions will color back up and no longer look like that.
