Just to let everyone know: The above individual has asked to come, and purchase my 120 that is up for sale.
First he tried to get me to sell for $200 less asking price
Second time around he stated he was coming over to pick up with the $600
Third time around was last night PM'ed that he would be at my door with 2 buddies, buckets from HD, vehicle, and the cash BRIGHT & EARLY this morning.

Both times I told him "sure why not" I'm not going anywhere. I knew he is a prankster, and as I knew he wasn't showing it made no difference to me wether he showed or not, I surely wasn't going anywhere either of the 2 times that he claimed to be coming to pick up.LOL

I am taking the time to fill you all in so that no one gets upset when he doesn't show.
