Throw a Reefbrite on there. Best choice to get the corals to pop.

Otherwise ATI blue+ and giesmann actnic plus.

Any pure actnic won't cut thru the halide.
What k rating halide u running?

You'll always get better results when you use multiple spectrums. The best results come from a "blue" and a "purple" bulb. I personally like the results I've gotten from Geissman Actinic+ (blue) and their Pure Actinic (purple). I've never personally used the KZ purple but I have seen them on tanks (that also used blue LEDs) so I can't really comment on them.

this comes from The Grim Reefer's Website

"The good actinics IMO are UVL Super Actinic, ATI Actinic, Sfigioli Super Blue Actinic, all which have a slightly bluer look and the Giesemann Pure Actinic which is more of a violet look"

hank everyone. As mike said it is a 1x150MH/4x24"t5 Combo fixture.
I'm leaning towards 2 Geissman Actinic+ and 2 ATI blue plus to start and work from there. Probably 2 stunners also.

I'll probably use 2 stunners for led supplement. This way I can integrate them into the fixture where the T5's are located.
Right now I am Running a 10k halide but swithching over to a pheonix 14k.
And yes. I am noticing what you are talking about with the t5's not cutting through the halide.
I have not had a MH for a few years now. I must say I am loving having one again. There is just no substitute IMO.
