Thinking of it, would a 5th floor apt in a building support a 180 with a 75 sump??? With all the rock and sand.

damn there was a guy here forgot his name he lived in the projects with a 180 or more and he was fine.
rich knows better than I lol
will it be on an exterior wall,(wall facing outside) or interior(wall facing inside)Next to a wall, close to a corner but not at the corner.
Thats posibly the worse place to put it, what others r trying to say is that you need the tank sittnig on like 6 wood beems witch run into the exterior wall in your apt. double check that.. if you put the tank on the wrong wall it might sit on just 2 beems witch might not hold the weightOh lol, for some reason I know that my answer wasn't a good one. it will be facing an inside and behind it is my neighbor.

yup youre right bro his floor was solid concreteThat's in the projects though... where they have a concrete underlay. Think along the lines of a loft. The smaller buildings may not have that.
It is hard to determine how the joists run in that part of the room. do you have wood floors or carpet?
well... you can pull up any rugs and look for a direction of nails
